This kind of agreement has two types, the fixed price and the percentage of revenues. This may also include a transition services agreement. The fixed price agreement will pay the licensor for every product that the licensee sold in a set price. This may happen if the products sold are a small part of a much larger product. The other type will generally for a product that is being purchased as a whole. The product should be easily itemized to be able to use this kind of agreement.
